Texas Childrens Hospital is looking for an accomplished and strategic Senior Director of Human Resources (HR) Business Operations to lead the operational backbone of our HR function. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring that HRs internal systems, processes, and data are efficient, effective, and aligned with our mission to provide world-class pediatric care. This leader will oversee five key operational areas: HR Budget, HR Communications, People Analytics, HR Project Management Office (PMO), and HR Continuous Improvement. The Senior Director plays a vital role in ensuring that HR functions are not only operationally sound but also strategically impactfulsupporting decisions, improving transparency, and delivering value to the entire organization.
