We are seeking aSr Director, HR Technology and Operationsto join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies and this role report to VP, HR Operations,and will be based inSan Jose, CA.

Reporting to the VP, HR Operations, the HR Technology & Operations Senior Director leads our HRIS, HR Ops, Processes and Compliance functions. This role is an HR Infrastructure role, creating efficiencies to support scale. As part of a lean team, the role also involves day-to-day operational activities. This is an in-office job, located in our Headquarters in San Jose, CA.

We are looking for a seasoned individual to maintain and enhance our HR infrastructure in support of our HR strategy. This individual will be actively collaborating with HR Business Partners and talent acquisition to drive initiative and be an agent of change management, while ensuring compliance and efficiency. This role will be expected to bring new and innovative solutions designed to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness enterprise wide.Scope of Responsibilities

Lead a team of HR Operations professionals, providing direction, support and enabling their success.

  • Oversee global support for all administrative HR tasks.
  • Provide project leadership in documenting, maintaining and improving processes and workflows across all HR systems and HR operations.
  • Lead change management efforts, partnering with all stakeholders to implement new processes, tools, and technologies. Provide clear communication, training, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and to minimize disruption
  • Drive the development and roll out of HR analytics and reporting to drive the Workforce Planning and monitor Org Design activities in the collaboration with the VP, HR Operations
  • Manage the Mobility and Immigration programs
  • Oversee HR operations audit and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to SOX, local labor laws, and internal policies. Maintain a strong control environment and continuous process improvement
  • Oversees data governance to ensure accurate and protected data both in systems and processes.
  • Participate in the development of the strategy and roadmap for HR Digital Transformation
  • As a Workday expert themselves, they will provide direction to our Workday analysts and architects to implement new functionalities and integrations with the company systems.
  • Act as project manager for all major HR initiatives
  • Support our international growth by participating in the establishment of operations in new countries, including the development of local policies and efficient processes

SkillsA strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and local legal requirements to ensure compliance and operational excellence

  • Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM, including advanced Compensation, Benefits and Learning Management System.
  • Proven experience launching and driving multiple global systems and programs implementations requiring change management and cross functional collaboration.
  • Experience managing Workday HCM improvement, new functionality implementations, and configurations.
  • Ability to demonstrate at the same time attention to details, strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking, all in the pursuit of efficiency
  • Passion for fixing issues and building solutions.
  • Willingness to join the team in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ability to navigate a changing landscape and to handle changing priorities.
  • Experience leading and developing a team (US and India), including defining priorities and allocating resources. Be a “working leader”

Qualifications

*BS/BA degree preferred.

  • 15+ years total experience including 7+ years managing an HRIS and at least 7 years managing HR operations and administrative compliance (I-9, etc)
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM
  • Previous experience working with internal audit for Sox governance and compliance

Salary Ranges:$239,400.00 - $344,600.00
