Job OverviewThe Senior Director, HR Solutions is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Human Resources Information Systems for Coca-Cola Consolidated, improving business processes to enhance our teammate's experience and leveraging technology to innovate the way the team operates. The Senior Director. HR Solutions will plan and direct the strategy of the Human Resources Information Systems (people data & systems) to support short and long-term organization goals, enable efficiency, and promote cross-company collaborative innovation. This work includes staying current on HR technology trends and educating senior leaders on areas of innovation, identifying, and prioritizing the HR IT needs on behalf of all HR COE's, and communicating / influencing the IT North America bottler governance model to support implementation of Consolidated's HR IT needs. The Senior Director, HR Solutions will also have accountability of defining the HR BI strategy and governance model, ensuring a common and aligned definition of Consolidated's people metrics, providing accurate data insights for business decisions. The Senior Director, HR Solutions will also have ownership of Consolidated's people data strategies, ensuring appropriate architecture / usage of the data, ensuring data privacy and data provisioning strategies are enforced and tracked to limit the risk exposure to the organization, and has oversight to the quality of our people data across the various technology systems.
Duties & Responsibilities* 7+ Years in leading HR Solutions functions, responsible for the technology and data needs of the organization.* 5+ years supporting ERP HRM solutions, preferred SAP's Successfactors experience* Technical Proficiency: The Senior Director of HR Solutions should have a deep understanding of HR technology systems, architecture, process design, data structures, particularly HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Paradox, etc..* Strategic Thinking: This role involves planning and directing the HR technology strategy to enable the organizational goals, promote cross-company collaborative innovation.* Ability to influence at all levels within the organization AND across other separate bottler entities and the shared technology provider CONA.* Leadership: The ability to lead and develop a team, creating shared goals to deliver to the technology, data and BI strategies, creating a positive team culture, motivating and developing the next generation of HR technology talent in the organization* Communication: Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR teams, IT departments, and executive leadership.* Process Improvement: Experience in conducting process improvement analysis to recommend better ways to leverage technology
