As the Senior Director, Learning Strategy and Experience, you will have the following key accountabilities: Learning Strategy: Define and optimize the global learning strategy, creating alignment with PepsiCos talent and business priorities, and balancing current needs and future aspirations. Learning Architecture: Build and sustain a world-class learning brand known for delivering impact and results while also creating efficiency; drive integration across global, regional, and functional learning solutions to ensure seamless, connected experiences aligned with enterprise priorities. Learning Experience Design: Champion innovative, learner-centric approaches including digital learning, experiential learning, and social learning and remove points of friction and inefficiency where possible.
