We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Market Platforms divisional finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in partnering with the Division CFO to advance divisional reporting capabilities. Key responsibilities include updating forecasts, and preparing comprehensive financial reports for quarterly earnings, primarily for major initiatives across the division. The Senior Director will play a key role in the monthly and annual divisional planning process as well as address new reporting requirements as requested by the divisional CFO and leadership. This role also involves implementing organization strategies through the effective direction and management of resources, participating in organization-wide projects while providing guidance and expertise as needed, and potentially developing and managing a team. The Senior Director of Financial Planning & Reporting will work directly with the CFO of the Market Platforms division, as well as the divisional finance team, business teams, central finance team, and senior leaders to manage the P&L, reporting, and financial initiatives as the division continues to expand. Responsible and accountable for managing and developing a team of people, setting direction and deploying resources on varying projects, participating in organization-wide projects, while providing guidance and expertise on an as needed basis. Managers are required to understand how other business units operate, how their goals align with organizational goals and have budget and profit/loss responsibility. Conducts financial analyses. Researches economic progressions to assist the organization's financial planning. Develops and prepares the organization's financial plans and budgets, interprets financial reports, and maintains good corporate relations with the investment and banking communities.

The base pay range for this role is $133,200 - $222,100. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
