We are seeking an experienced, data-drive Sr. Director Digital Marketing & eCommerce to own and drive the strategy, performance, and optimization of the digital commerce ecosystem forForesight SportsandBushnell Golf. This role requires a hybrid mindset of analytical marketing expertise and digital product intuition, ideally with experience in the sporting goods or consumer tech sector.

You will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of integrated campaigns, optimizing DTC sales, scaling paid media, and enhancing conversion across digital touchpoints. You'll partner closely with brand marketing, content, product, sales, and the broader Revelyst team.

This position reports to the Head of Digital Studio and is based out of San Diego, CA

As the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce, you will have an opportunity to:

Digital Strategy & eCommerce Growth

  • Own end-to-end DTC digital strategy for ForesightSports.com and BushnellGolf.com

  • Set KPIs and growth goals for traffic, AOV, conversion, and ROAS across web properties

  • Develop customer acquisition and retention plans including paid, organic, email, and lifecycle marketing

  • Manage and optimize merchandising, product discoverability, UX/UI, and checkout funnels

Performance Marketing & Paid Media

  • Collaborate with internal media teams and/or agency partners on paid search, social, affiliate, and display programs

  • Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns to drive qualified traffic and high-converting leads

  • Lead budget allocation and attribution strategies for paid media, balancing efficiency and scale

Site Operations & CX Optimization

  • Partner with the web and UX teams to optimize onsite experiences including product pages, PDPs, and mobile performance

  • Oversee A/B testing, personalization, and CRO roadmap to improve key digital KPIs

  • Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and product positioning across all digital channels

Analytics & Reporting

  • Define digital dashboards and reporting frameworks for daily, weekly, and monthly performance

  • Conduct analysis to identify growth opportunities, customer insights, and conversion barriers

  • Translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as digital liaison between brand, product, sales, and customer service teams

  • Drive alignment between retail/wholesale marketing and DTC channels

  • Coordinate global campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives with Revelyst COE resources

You have:

  • 8–10 years of digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience, preferably in DTC, consumer electronics, or sporting goods

  • Proven success in managing performance campaigns across paid search, social, and affiliate

  • Experience with Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar eCommerce platforms

  • Strong grasp of data analytics, web analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Adobe), and testing methodologies

  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with budget ownership and ROI targets

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

  • Passion for golf, sports technology, or outdoor performance brands is a strong plus

  • Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Shopify Plus / Salesforce Commerce Cloud

  • GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar or equivalent

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
