The Manufacturing Site Leader is responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of the new Branch Specialty Devices Operation. This effort includes, but is not limited to, identifying all needs required to establish an efficient, high-quality, world-class manufacturing site. This position requires intimate knowledge and application of modern operational, quality assurance, materials management, people leadership, and lean/continuous improvement principles to accomplish a successful and profitable business model. This individual leads the entire site, working along with upper management to ensure business plans are being met.
