We're seeking a data-driven, strategically sharp Sr. Director, Brand Management to take full accountability for the marketing performance of a subset of our portfolio brands. This is a senior-level leadership role ideal for someone who is equal parts marketing strategist, brand innovator, performance analyst, and business owner.
As the directly responsible individual (DRI) for your brand's marketing outcomes, you will be expected to know your brands inside and outfrom competitive dynamics and customer needs to marketing performance trends and campaign ROI. You'll lead a cross-functional pod focused on performance analytics, strategic planning, creative brief development, social and marketing innovation, and execution management. You will partner closely with the marketing functions (Creative, Digital, Media, Field Marketing, Insights and Analytics) to bring high-impact work to life.
While not leading creative directly, you and your team will act as the clientcrafting compelling, insight-driven briefs and partnering with the Value Brand's Senior Creative Director to shape work that delivers against both strategy and ambition. You will also work hand-in-hand with the Sales and Revenue teams to ensure brand marketing supports commercial priorities.
This position is built for someone who can synthesize data, shape strategy, think big, and guide agile and breakthrough marketing efforts in a fast-moving, competitive environment.
Your first priority is performance insight and marketing accountability. You will lead campaign analysis and brand diagnostics in close collaboration with the Media, Insights and Analytics functions translating results into action plans, channel strategies, and investment shifts. You'll own brand KPIs and reporting cadence, ensuring clarity around what's working, what's not, and where we go next.
You will define the brand's marketing strategy, align spend to goals, and manage dynamic budget allocation across channels in collaboration with the Portfolio Strategy team. You'll also serve as the voice of the brand inside the organizationensuring plans reflect consumer needs, competitive dynamics, and commercial priorities from Sales.
While this role is analytically led, it is also creatively ambitious. You'll develop strategic briefs, shape messaging and positioning, and collaborate with internal and external creative partners to produce bold, relevant campaigns. Your leadership ensures that every campaign is rooted in insight, rigorously measured, and powerfully executed.
