Sr. Director, Analytics - Macys : Job Details

The role we are seeking to fill is the Senior Director, Customer & Analytics who will be a strategic data-driven leader to head a team of Site Analytics, Product Analytics, and Business Analysts for our eCommerce platform. This role will be responsible for driving insights that enhance user experience, optimize product performance, and improve conversion across the site. This role reports to the VP, Digital Strategy & Analytics and will lead a team of analysts and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Site Merchandising, Marketing, and UX to inform decisions with data. What You Will Do Define and execute the analytics strategy for site and influence category strategy for product performance, conversion and revenue growth. Design, develop, and build or procure analytics tools to drive rapid business diagnostics and insights that can be used by business P&L owners.
