Sr Digital Product Manager – Performance & Growth

Sr. Digital Product Manager – Performance & Growth Hybrid | Bellevue, Washington Salary: $120,000–$140,000

Our client is scaling fast and is hiring a Sr. Digital Product Manager to own growth and performance across public-facing web experiences. In this high-impact role, you'll lead the conversion strategy for unauthenticated visitors—operating at the intersection of growth, UX, performance marketing, and experimentation—to turn curious visitors into loyal, transacting members.

What you'll do

  • Drive conversion and funnel optimization: Improve conversion funnels, optimize lead capture, and remove friction from key journeys across the public website.
  • Own the A/B testing roadmap: Partner with UX, Engineering, and Adobe Target teams to continuously test CTAs, content placement, and design for measurable conversion lifts.
  • Lead personalization and real-time experiences: Use customer data, behavioral signals, and campaign attributes to trigger and personalize experiences across digital touchpoints.
  • Build and own performance dashboards: Partner with Analytics to define KPIs, track funnel drop-off, bounce rates, and conversion performance—and report results with clear storytelling.
  • Make data-driven decisions: Use web analytics, testing platforms, and real-time behavioral insights to inform prioritization and drive growth outcomes.
  • Maximize inbound traffic performance: Collaborate with Marketing to ensure SEO, SEM, social, email, and paid traffic lands on optimized, relevant experiences. Own conversion performance for landing pages and campaigns.
  • Lead SEO/SEM landing strategy: Align SEO, campaign, and paid channels with on-site experiences to increase relevance and conversion.
  • Own digital transactions: Lead strategy across public-facing journeys including new member joins, insurance quotes, travel bookings, and Visa applications.
  • Optimize tools and flows: Own end-to-end experiences for quote tools, booking engines, and join flows with a focus on clarity, speed, and conversion.
  • Champion innovation and experimentation: Bring a test-and-learn mindset, establish PLG best practices, and contribute to a Digital Growth Playbook.
  • Align growth with business goals: Balance revenue, usability, and cross-sell to maximize digital sales across product lines.
  • Explore AI-enabled tools: Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and integrate tools like AgentForce, Genesys, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Be a culture builder: Contribute positively through respectful collaboration and shared ownership of goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years in digital product management focused on growth, optimization, and web performance
  • Proven ownership of e-commerce, acquisition, or conversion funnels
  • Experience in membership-based organizations or regulated industries (insurance, travel, finance, healthcare)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps), design thinking, rapid experimentation, and AI-enabled support tools (Genesys, AgentForce)
  • Experience partnering with campaign teams and/or marketing automation systems

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Strong grasp of emerging tech: AI-driven personalization, real-time web experiences, and automation
  • Deep experience with growth levers: A/B testing, personalization, SEO/SEM, campaign performance tracking
  • Hands-on with martech/analytics stacks: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, Salesforce CRM, or similar
  • Cross-functional collaborator with UX, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering
  • Excellent communicator and presenter with a track record of demonstrating business impact
  • Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and project management skills
  • Diplomatic stakeholder management and the ability to influence change
  • Proven ability to build and optimize internal and external partnerships

Why this role

  • Lead mission-critical growth initiatives at scale
  • Shape a modern, data-driven web experience and performance engine
  • Drive outcomes that are visible at the highest levels of the organization
  • Join a collaborative, growth-minded team building a beloved, high-performing brand
