Design your career for growth, new possibilities, and refining your valuable skills:

• Work primarily in a batch schedule environment with C/Unix as the core language and servers
• Coding in C as the primary task, with Oracle as the primary database used throughout the company
• Be a driven developer who pursues challenges and is not content to sit in the background
• Provide production support for a large batch cycle system
• Engage in design efforts and enjoy solving problems
• Complete development of units and review designs prepared by junior development teams
• Participate in code reviews
• Prepare and execute unit tests
• Apply Gainwell and third-party technologies to software solutions of moderate to advanced complexity
• Follow defined systems development life cycle processes and local procedures

• 5+ years of applications development and programming experience with UNIX/C, Java/J2EE, and Cloud technologies, including building Docker images and deploying on Kubernetes clusters on cloud
• Experience with AWS Cloud technologies (S3, Lambda), Kafka, Angular, and SPA (plus)
• MUST have previous batch programming experience (UNIX/Linux, C, C++, shell scripting, editors)
• Experience developing applications using JAVA/J2EE and Spring Boot Microservices
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle
• Use Object-oriented Analysis & Design concepts to architect custom solutions
• Design, implement, and support solutions for API security, authentication, identity management, traffic management, analytics, and performance management for APIs

• Fully remote opportunity within the United States
• Travel opportunities (0-10%)
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel
• Use of video cameras during interviews and the first week of orientation
