The Corporate Facilities Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that the facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Youll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: Communicate with contractors and vendors for regular services Assign Seating via Office Space Monitor monthly services (Cintas, etc) /ensure POs are received in Operate the CCURE access system. This includes the cleanup removal of termed employees/disabled badges and making of new badges Set up new vendors in Oracle.
