Sr. Coordinator, Parcel & Mail Operations - Carmax Corporation : Job Details

A successful Senior Coordinator candidate will:Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate data from 3rd party vendors to assess compliance and scorecard rating. (Analysis and Decision Making/ Results Focus)Partner with management in establishing, monitoring, and maintaining KPIs for the departmental benchmarks. (Teamwork/ Results Focus)To carry out the proper handling of inbound and outbound USPS, inter-company, and courier packages for mail processing and other mail operations projects as assigned. To ensure safe, timely and accurate mail practices in order to maintain time and cost effectiveness. (Teamwork/ Functional Expertise)Serve as a liaison between Mail Operations and all CarMax extension buildings. This includes communications and mail deliveries to and from locations.
