About the Family & Social Services Administration:
The Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) is a division within the Family and Social Services Administration, which receives around 18 percent of the state's budget to ensure vital health care coverage to approximately 1 in 4 Hoosiers. Role Overview:
In this role, Senior Contract Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple state contracts for the delivery of health care services to low-income Hoosiers eligible for Indiana Medicaid. These health care services are provided through the Indiana Health Coverage Programs which includes the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP), Hoosier Healthwise (HHW), Hoosier Care Connect (HCC) and managed Long-Term Service and Supports programs. You will serve as a subject matter expert on managed care programs and contract compliance within the Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP), establishing and maintaining an extensive knowledge of all assigned contracts. You will enforce compliance provisions as permitted by the contract. Your role will also represent the agency as the primary contract compliance liaison with the executive staff of the managed care entities (MCEs), assigned contract vendors, and act on behalf of FSSA and OMPP leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, business, or similar plus a minimum of three years of experience; a master's degree is preferred. They will have two years of experience in contract compliance, preferably in health care and two years of leadership experience.
Salary Statement:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $67,314.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
