We specialize in commercial construction, with a strong portfolio of corporate interior, healthcare, education and retail projects.Senior Construction Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage multiple commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role is essential in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize Procore and other project management software to track project performance and documentation.
• Foster relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare, corporate, interior, education, and retail construction.
• Proven experience with project management software, preferably Procore.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• AIA certification is a plus; PMP certification is preferred.
