Job Description

Job Summary: The Senior Collaboration Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining Teledyne's voice and collaboration systems across over 260 locations worldwide. The role involves designing system architecture and collaborating with management to set strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Webex Calling, including migration and contact center setup.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications environment.
  • Manage Microsoft Teams meetings and telephony, including hardware and licensing.
  • Support Zoom for Government platform and hosts.
  • Assist with incidents and tasks via ServiceNow.
  • Qualifications:

    • Deep understanding of voice/video/collaboration technologies.
    • Hands-on experience with:
      • Cisco Webex Calling and Contact Center, including specific features.
      • Webex App as a softphone.
      • Cisco on-premises UC environment (CUCM, Unity, etc.).
      • Intrado Revolution paging systems.
      • Cisco IP Phones and Analog Gateways.
      • Cisco SIP Video Endpoints.
      • Microsoft Teams and related hardware/software.
      • Zoom for Government.
  • Additional desirable knowledge includes Cisco SBCs, Imagicle Call Recording, Tendfor, InterFAX, Cisco routers and switches, LAN/WAN, CA certificates, VMWare, and Windows Server.
  • Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience or equivalent.
    • CCNA Collaboration or CCNP Voice certification preferred.

    Travel: Less than 10%
