About Us

Our Texas team is growing fast, and we're looking for a Municipal Roadway Project Manager to lead high-profile projects for cities, towns, and counties across the state.

The Role

You'll be the driving force behind municipal roadway projects—from concept to completion. Think roadway, intersection, and multimodal improvements that truly improve how people move. You'll work hand-in-hand with city leaders, municipal officials, and multidisciplinary design teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with impact.

What You'll Do

  • Manage city and county roadway projects from kick-off to ribbon cutting.
  • Lead scopes, budgets, schedules—and keep them on track.
  • Build lasting relationships with municipal clients.
  • Guide talented teams in roadway, drainage, traffic, and utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with local, county, TxDOT, ADA, and safety standards.
  • Win work through proposals, presentations, and your reputation for delivering.

What You Bring

  • PE license in Texas (or ability to get one within 6 months).
  • 8+ years in civil engineering, with 3+ years managing municipal roadway projects.
  • Strong command of MicroStation/OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Proven ability to navigate public agency processes and politics.
  • A knack for leadership, communication, and keeping clients happy.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Competitive salary $130K–$165K + performance bonuses.
  • Base yourself in Round Rock or South Austin—work statewide.
  • Direct line to exciting, community-changing projects.
  • Collaborative team culture with big-firm resources and local agility.
  • Growth potential, mentorship, and the chance to be a known leader in the municipal market.
