Through strategic conversations at all organizational levels, you will secure change management and workforce development consulting packages and activities to improve the customer's ability to take full advantage of the ArcGIS platform.Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the St. Louis, MO area for this position.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the productization of change management and workforce development planning and servicesPromote these products and services internally to grow awareness and position them within Esri sales channelsPartner with Esri customers to define change management and workforce development needsIdentify and secure short-term consulting engagements with customers implementing Esri technologyIdentify and win opportunities to conduct longer-term consulting engagements through unsolicited proposalsDevelop change management and workforce development plans tailored to the customer's objectivesRequirements5+ years of professional change management technology consulting experienceDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate training solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening skillsStrong interpersonal, relationship-building, and teamwork skillsDemonstrate strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skillsAbility to travel, up to 40% of the timeVisa sponsorship is not available for this posting.
