This position will be responsible for our cement plant quarry in Union Bridge, MD, our largest cement plant in the Northeast.

• Lead safe and efficient quarry operations aligned with company and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement in production, quality, and cost control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant performance and sustainability goals
• Manage and develop quarry personnel through coaching and performance feedback in union environment
• Oversee equipment maintenance planning and long-term mine planning strategies

What Are We Looking For

• Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of safety and accountability
• Strong knowledge of quarry operations (cement preferred), mining regulations, and environmental compliance
• Skilled in data-driven decision-making and operational optimization
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Competent in using technology and systems to manage operations and reporting
• Basic knowledge of chemistry

Work EnvironmentThis role is based at a cement plant and quarry site, requiring regular exposure to outdoor conditions, dust, noise, and large mobile equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.What We Offer

• Competitive base salary, $118,000 - $157,327, and participation in our annual incentive plan
