The Sr. Supply Planner is an experienced supply chain professional and the central point of contact for Corporate contacts and is the interface with the domes
tic plant Materials teams. They are responsible for balancing Finished Good inventory and incoming supply with demand to improve and/or maintain delivery performance and inventory turns. They play a key role in the Supply Chain Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products including product life-cycle changes, and product end-of-life.
This position will participate in various supply chain improvement projects, has a fundamental understanding of supply chain strategies, and can make recommendations. In addition, they have the ability to teach and train others on the duties and responsibilities shown below.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Participate in monthly S&OP process, completing Supply deck presentations
Actively participate in NPD transitions and projects
Collaborate with the plant Materials teams and Demand Planning on a regular cadence
Interface with Sales & Marketing and Operations and own reaching agreement on acceptable/equitable quantities and timing
Develop complete analysis and timelines related to supply and demand for new product launches, product end of life, product transitions, and products transferring production locations
Lead Finished Good inventory planning and strategy development, such as WOS and safety stock target levels, promotional builds, and updating the System as required
Communicate risks related to inventory and supply recovery plans or watch lists in terms of lead time and capacity constraints
Maintain metrics and scorecards on KPI's, including fill rates, SKU health, inventory turns, and E&O inventory
Manages all day-to-day activities, resolving most issues on their own and escalates roadblocks to the Manager
Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects as assigned
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
Bachelor's degree required in a business-related field and a minimum of 4 years Supply Chain experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, and Outlook), specifically in Excel
·Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills required
APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred
Six Sigma/Lean Training preferred
