Sr. Analyst, Fin. Planning & Analysis - Union Square Hospitality Group : Job Details

Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality. Distribute and review accuracy of month end close results and prepare variance explanations vs forecast, budget and prior year. Assist the Director of FP&A with the preparation of annual budgeting and quarterly forecast models, inclusive of areas such as sales, hourly labor, operating expenses, and occupancy. Assist in building sales plans by revenue center and meal period based on recent trend performance. Collaborate with Real Estate Department to build proformas for potential new sites. Build strong relationships with key business partners and leverage learnings to drive the forecast process. Coordinate with accounting to ensure costs are captured in the correct budget. Performs other ad hoc analyses as required or assigned. Assist in identifying ways to build scalable and efficient models for our multi-unit brands.
