Order To Cash Analyst
The Enterprise Services (ES) Order To Cash (OTC) organization is seeking a strong and innovative individual contributor to join our energetic and fast-paced team. What You Will Do
- Maintain reports using WEBI, A/O, Power BI, Query Designer and Power Query that benefit Order to cash and our business partners
- Develop new reports and analysis, using the most appropriate self service tool
- Test and communicate all changes to reporting, working with the BW core team, OTC or business partners
- Research data issues in APEX/P10 and BW, work with core team to find a solution/fix
- Perform contract reconciliations, as needed
- Continuously learning and understanding billing and contract data to be a point of escalation and consultation
- Work with OTC on any training gaps and documentation, including Powerpoint and training videos
- Maintain Rshare library created for external OTC customers
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, business or related field and 2 or more years of relevant experience gained in a large corporate accounting, finance or contracts setting
- 2+ years of experience working with SAP/APEX and knowledge of OTC SAP APEX data for analytics and reporting
- Experience with MS Office, Word, Excel (formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
Qualifications We Prefer
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, Government web-based tools (EDA, iRAPT)
- Familiar with MOCAS database
- Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong customer service skills

Candidates must be located in and willing to work in a hybrid capacity from an RTX hub in Richardson, TX, Cedar Rapids, IA, Farmington, CT, Andover, MA, or Tucson, AZ.
