Title: SR AI/ML Engineer Location: Northeastern United Area (Onsite) Employment Type: Full Time/Perm Compensation Pay Range:$180000-$200000/Yrs Description Play a crucial role in the Data & AI team. Uncover significant data patterns and transform them into actionable insights using predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms. Develop scalable solutions for data-driven and optimization insights. Innovate and customize AI/ML algorithms as necessary. Be passionate about learning and deploying leading AI technologies to meet business needs. Drive business impact by solving unique problems through analytics and machine learning. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to improve profitability. Identify growth opportunities in various business areas through AI/ML augmentation. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive scalability and impact of AI/ML solutions. Communicate complex AI/ML concepts to business leaders clearly. Conduct research and stay updated with AI/ML advancements. Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science. 5 years of experience with data science/machine learning techniques and 2 years with language models. Expertise in programming languages and data analytics packages for both structured and unstructured data. Experience developing and implementing scalable AI solutions. Proven ability to handle large, disparate data sets and familiarity with data modeling workflows. Strong communication skills to translate complex findings into business insights.
