Sr Advanced R&D Engineer/Scientist - Honeywell International : Job Details

Leads electrical design efforts in a highly-dynamic team environment with strong customer focus. Develop electrical systems (circuit modeling and layout) using the Mentor Graphics tool, and ability to work on analog to digital interfaces. Work closely with optical, mechanical, and software engineers to develop robust, high-quality sensor solutions. Responsible for delivery of one-off prototypes to support business efforts. Leading electronics through maturation from concept development to engineering to production. Works closely with technical teams at key customers important to be able to develop trusting relationships with customers. Develops a clear understanding of customer technical requirements, and is able to translate into plans to address, and involving multiple sites and external partners. Generate new ideas and help drive technology development project pipeline. Use Six Sigma tools to deliver customer-focused products that are expected to have 10 year life.
