Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Conshohocken, PA, is seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to join their team! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling complex administrative duties and managing various projects with a high level of attention to detail. About You: Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required. 5 years of experience in administrative support. Proficient usage of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Concur experience is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to adapt and respond to shifting priorities. Proven experience in prioritizing and multitasking when required. About the Job: Oversee dynamic and frequently changing calendars, prioritizing and scheduling meetings in a fast-paced environment. Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including accommodations, itineraries, and logistics, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies. Independently plan and execute large internal department meetings, both onsite and offsite, ensuring all logistical needs are met. Manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Stay informed of and apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines, providing direction to staff as needed. Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Collaborate effectively with the team and other administrative staff to support departmental objectives and foster a cohesive work environment. Handle sensitive documents, proposals, and information with the highest level of security and confidentiality. Our client is seeking a highly-organized and proactive individual to support their team. As mentioned, this is a permanent opportunity that will be paying up to $110,000 per year depending on experience.
