Frederick Fox has partnered with an industry leading organization in their search for a strong Accounting Director. In this role, you will be overseeing financial operations, supporting corporate SEC reporting/compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support with SEC filings, audit preparation, cash monitoring, and liquidity planning
• Ensure compliance with SOX 404(b)
• Mentor and train accounting staff
• Lead monthly financial consolidation and close
• Oversee all revenue and accounts receivables
• Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP

Requirements

• BS level degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance
• 12+ years' Accouting experience
• 2+ years' Accounting Team leadrship
• Experience working at a public company, supporting public audits and SEC reporting
