Job Description :

The SQL Report Developer works with a small team within the Health Center's IT department to gather requirements and generate reports that incorporate data across departmental lines. The team uses clinical data from the electronic health record, financial and HR data, and data from external sources. Reports are produced in SSRS, Power BI, Excel, PDF, and other formats. A major goal is modifying reports as the enterprise adopts a new EHR, EPIC, in 2025.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze reporting criteria
  • Database programming
  • Generate reporting templates
  • Handle special programming projects
  • Implement software modifications
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Code, update, and modify customized application database programs using MSSQL, .NET, C#, and other languages
  • Create reports using SSRS, Power BI, Excel, and other tools
  • Perform VB, SQL programming and scripting
  • Modify programs involving third-party databases
  • Implement software modifications
  • Shared Responsibilities:
  • Maintain domain client/server systems
  • Participate in enterprise systems planning and rollouts
  • Provide user support and training
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
    • At least 2 years of experience with database management, web development, and reporting tools
    • Experience with VB, VBScript, Asp.Net, and C#
    • Experience in Business Intelligence
    • Healthcare industry experience
    • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
    Compensation and Benefits:
    • Salary: $72,000 - $80,000 per year
