Spring 2026 Management Trainee Internship - South Carolina Staffing : Job Details

If you're looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. This role pays $15/hour and is located at one of our Columbia, SC locations!

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles
• Take care of customers
• Develop marketing strategies
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers
• You may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Qualifications

• Current college/university student graduating with a Bachelors Degree in May 2026
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be available to start February 10th, 2026 and attend New Hire Orientation February 13th, 2026
• Must have the availability to work 25 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment
