Integrity Home Care + Hospice has an immediate opening for a Per Diem Spiritual Counselor. This position involves visits in the Lebanon, MO area, providing assessments, education, and symptom management related to end-of-life care.

Hospice/care experience and experience making home visits are preferred. BAYADA Home Health Care, a leading nonprofit, partners with Integrity Home Care + Hospice to deliver exceptional home health, hospice, and personal care services to Missourians daily.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and adhering to the client's spiritual care plan.
• Providing spiritual and emotional support to patients and families.
• Completing accurate and timely documentation.
• Being reliable, punctual, and demonstrating an appropriate attitude.
• Participating in bereavement services for families, referral sources, and the community.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Counseling or divinity school preferred.
• At least one year of spiritual counseling experience in healthcare, preferably hospice or palliative care.
• Willingness to travel within the coverage area.
