Qualifications:

  • A heartfelt commitment to serving patients and families and a passion for high-quality care
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or a related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or ministerial services is preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or hospice setting is required. Experience in family counseling related to loss, grief, death, and dying is also essential.
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation and the physical capability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs.
