• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique goals.
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive student support.
• Manage a caseload of elementary students, conducting assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
