Your Role as a Speech Therapist

As a Speech Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating, assessing, and creating personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
  • Identifying issues and modifying therapy strategies as needed.
  • Documenting patient performance, progress, and treatment responses.
  • Celebrating and recognizing patient achievements throughout their journey.

Qualifications to Join Our Team

  • Current licensure or certification in accordance with state regulations.
  • Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • A Master's degree is preferred; however, a Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience will be considered.
