Speech Therapist - Seagull Speech & Language Services LLC : Job Details

Have you been looking for a position for the '24-25 school year that has a supervision component? If so, this is a great position for you! Seagull Speech & Language Services is seeking a strong SLP to provide either on-site or hybrid services to a school in Pomfret, CT. This is a great district with supportive staff. There is an SLPA on-site that requires supervision but is very experienced. The caseload is working with K-8th grade students. There are approximately 72 students on the caseload with some additional students served via 504 plans. Mostly mild-moderate needs, but some severe/profound needs. The current position is 3 days per week (2 days on-site and 1 day virtual), however, this may be flexible. The SLP will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong school-based expertise in providing direct and indirect services, case management, SLPA supervision, and experience with CT SEDS and PPT meetings. Applicants MUST live near Pomfret, CT, and be willing to travel, hold current CT licensure and 061 endorsement. Responsibilities: Direct and indirect services. Case management. SLPA supervision. Within reasonable driving distance to Pomfret, CT. Strong school-based experience. Compensation: $65 - $75 hourly
