Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part Time - Tandym Group : Job Details

A healthcare organization in New York City is looking to add a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to their inpatient child and adolescent mental health facility in Queens on a Part-time basis.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Part-time (15 to 20 hours per week)
• Setting: Inpatient Mental Health
• Patient Population: Adolescent/Pediatric

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations
• Handle treatment planning and speech therapy
• Provide consultation to staff
• Document evaluations and services provides

• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Active NYS Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• NYS teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped
• Direct clinical experience working with children/adolescents

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience working with the Mental Health population
