Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Watertown, NY

Shift: Monday to Friday | Day Shift | 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for residents.
• Develop and implement personalized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
• Supervise and guide support staff as needed.
• May float between two local long-term care facilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active New York SLP license required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
