Job Description:

Creative Wonders Therapy Center is looking for a Licensed Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team! Both contractor and salaried positions are available, part time or full time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primarily working with children ages 1-6
• This is a CENTER based position where you will provide services at our therapy center with minimal travel to children s daycares, pre-schools, etc.
• Any travel is relatively close by and typically not more than 10 minutes travel time per child
• Evaluate patient's speech and language abilities and level of function
• Communicate the patient's speech therapy program to the family and/or guardian
• Keep written documentation including evaluations, daily notes and progress reports
• Develop detailed treatment and care plans for each of the Speech and Language clients
• Comply with federal and state Speech and Language regulations

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years Speech and Language Pathology experience preferred!
• TSSLD required
• PROMPT preferred
• Valid New York State Speech and Language Pathologist license
• CPR and first aid certification preferred
• Must have some experience working with children
