Specimen Collector - PRIDE Health : Job Details

Pride Health is hiring a Lab Assistant-I to support our client's medical facility, which is based in Arlington, WA, 98223.

Title: Lab Assistant I

Location: Arlington, WA, 98223

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:15 am to 3:45 pm with rotational weekends (40hours/week)

Pay Rate: $18/hr (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume

Roles & Responsibilities :

Receive, sort, and prepare clinical lab specimens for testing and analysis with accuracy and care.Enter patient and specimen information into systems; maintain accurate logs and records.Ensure lab instruments function properly and perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting.Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness at workstations to support efficient lab operations.Follow all standard operating procedures to maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards.Experience Required:

Prior experience in a medical laboratory or production environment is preferred.Comfortable handling biological specimens and working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.Proficient in basic computer usage and data entry.Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet turnaround times.Qualification Required:
