The Specialty Services Coordinator is required to manage a wide range of functions including physician quality/patient satisfaction audits and reporting, coordinating service recovery efforts, processing physician timesheets and invoices, arranging new physician department orientations, coordinating with physician partners and locum agencies to ensure needed physician staffing is obtained, creating and managing physician call schedules, and facilitating effective communication and department work flow.The Specialty Services Coordinator supports multiples specialties including hospitalists, intensivists, neurology, neurosurgery, interventional neurology, neuropsychology, urology, gastroenterology, and pain management.
ResponsibilitiesSkills and Abilities Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and adjust priorities as needed. Working knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis, interpretation and presentation.

Education and ExperienceWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk. The employee is frequently required to reach with arms and hands, handle, talk and hear.
