Specialty Products Project Manager - Koch Enterprises : Job Details

Review project scope and customer requirements at kickoff. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Validate project setup and budgets in ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, SAP, Oracle). Track project costs, update forecasts, and manage variances. Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Field Services. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project updates. Monitor timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions. Manage resources, vendors, and subcontractors for on-time delivery. Ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. Lead post-project evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives. Supervise assigned mechanical designers and support their development.
