** LOCATION: Hybrid Role | Client Location: 11800 Weston Parkway Cary NC 27513

** DURATION: 3-month assignment with the possibility of extension

** WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid (in office twice a week) once independently working and meeting metrics; M-F 9-6 EST

Pay Rate: $35.00/hr. - $40.00/hr. (depending upon experience)

About the Role:

We're looking for a licensed nurse (RN/LPN) who enjoys meaningful patient interaction — mostly over the phone. In this role, you'll support patients on specialty and REMS medications, helping them stay on therapy safely and confidently.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel and educate patients and caregivers on specialty drug therapies (including REMS medications with FDA-mandated scripts you'll read verbatim)
• Provide ongoing support to improve medication adherence and schedule refills
• Discuss potential side effects and ensure patients understand treatment options
• Collect copays, verify prescriptions, and collaborate with pharmacy teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA, FDA, and industry standards
• Report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) when necessary
• Follow structured call cadence and patient management programs.

Job Requirements:

• EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent
• Licensed nurse (RN or LPN) in NC or TX, in good standing
• At least 2 years of direct patient experience
• Must live within 1 hour of Cary, NC or Fort Worth, TX
• Someone who enjoys repetition (reading FDA statements multiple times daily)
• Comfortable being on the phone 8 hours a day

Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication skills
