To assure that the Employee is technically competent, possesses required education and experience as well as other behavioral skills and performs their responsibilities accordingly. To demonstrate that the employees performance is evaluated and appropriate training- in service is provided. To assure that the employee is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives and policies of the Department and the Hospital Center. Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities: Duties may include based on candidates experience: Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, and knowledge of Blood Bank Type and Screen, Crossmatching - Gel and tube technology. Assist in procedures, quality control, enter results into LIS, follow Lab policy and procedures. Read manual differentials, Knowledge of automated equipment.
