Hanover is seeking a dynamic and strategic business development professional to join our Specialty Distribution Management Team. This role will support both the Professional and Executive Lines Segment as well as the Property & Casualty and Marine lines within Hanover's Specialty Division.
As a Regional Distribution Director – Specialty Insurance, you will be responsible for driving growth across a broad portfolio that includes Specialty Property & Casualty, Marine, Professional Liability, Management and Executive Liability, Healthcare, and Cyber insurance. You will report directly to the Regional Distribution Director and work closely with the Specialty Business Units and Hanover Field teams to align on strategy and execution.

Position Overview:
The Regional Distribution Director is the business development leader of our Specialty Insurance segments for the state of California. Our Specialty Insurance business lines include Professional Liability, Management Liability, Cyber, Health Care, Specialty P&C, and Marine. The incumbent is responsible for collaborative development, implementation, and execution of Specialty's strategic direction, production goals and operational objectives for all distribution sources and field network partners.
The Regional Distribution Director will lead, manage, and direct the distribution of Specialty business in California. They will be responsible for marketing all Specialty lines and to promoting profitable new sales growth. They will drive the development of business opportunities and partnerships within the Specialty business segments, field teams, and with our Agent and Wholesale partners.
