Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. This is a general guideline; actual offers depend on factors such as experience, education, and skills.

Position Location: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH

Telework/Work-from-Home: Yes - When Authorized/Hybrid

Role Overview:

The Senior Specialized Security Management position involves executing security activities to support classified programs, including managing secure facilities, conducting security reviews, maintaining security documentation, escorting visitors, managing security clearances and access controls, and supporting security compliance and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform classification reviews and maintain security records.
  • Manage secure facility access, visitor logs, and security systems.
  • Oversee security clearance processes and documentation.
  • Conduct security inspections and training programs.
  • Support compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with government security offices and support incident reporting.
  • Assist with security program development and documentation.
  • Perform administrative security tasks and support security audits.
  • Travel as required for meetings and inspections.
  • Maintain security awareness and education programs.

    • Experience and Education:

    • At least 4 years of security or SAP security experience.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Security certifications such as SFPC or SAPPC are preferred but not mandatory if current DCSA training is demonstrated.

    Skills and Clearance:

    • Effective communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Top Secret/SCI clearance required; willingness to submit to polygraph and obtain SAP access.

    Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract stipulations.
