Specialist, Scheduling - Celanese Corporation : Job Details

Convert the weekly level master production plan into daily production schedule and optimize the production sequence to meet defined objectives. Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize the schedule, handle execution level changes, and align on future maintenance plan / calendars and specific manufacturing requirements. Conduct scenario management based on exceptions and constraint violations. Collaborate with planning to mitigate any unplanned plant interruptions or to handle rush supply requests. Analyze scheduling metrics, conduct root cause analysis and report schedule performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Supply Planner/ Master Production Scheduler, Warehouse/ Logistics teams, Customer Service and Plant Operations Management) to mitigate any supply related risks. Maintain scheduling related master data , both in SAP and Advanced Planning System (Blue Yonder) (e.g., SKU-machine mappings, changeover matrices, run rates, minimum run sizes).
