Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM - Department: Sleep Lab. This role is responsible for facilitating patient flow from entry to destination in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. The position involves gathering essential financial and demographic information to ensure accurate records that support optimal reimbursement and clinical outcomes. Key responsibilities include:Scheduling appointments and interviewing patients to collect appropriate medical information. Explaining departmental and hospital charges and policies. Validating and entering charges into relevant systems. Collecting necessary payments. Answering incoming calls and directing patients and visitors appropriately.
