Position Summary:The Registration Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth patient flow from entry to destination. This position is responsible for collecting accurate financial and demographic information, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:Greet and direct patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule appointments and interview patients to obtain necessary medical and insurance information.
