SHIFT DETAILS: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM RXO Manager Comments on Role: The Logistics Specialist role will be highly interactive with one of our most important assets: our carriers. This role will be responsible for e-mail communication and negotations with our carrier base. As a Specialist, Logistics, you will be responsible for providing logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination. What your day-to[ \n\t. Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer system\n\t. Update account managers on problem loads and what actions have been taken; update receivers and customers on status of loads\n\t. Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition\n\t. Take check calls from drivers, ensuring that loads will deliver on time; validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered, for accounting purposes\n\t.
