BCS Allegient is a leader in advanced technology research and solutions development, and we are growing quickly. We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support a federal client. Essential Job Functions

• Assist in development and execution of approved acquisition strategies.
• Prepare documentation for competitive and non-competitive procurements.
• Assist in preparation of task orders, modifications, solicitations, and amendments.
• Develop evaluation criteria, track pre-award milestones, source selection plans, and award fee plans.
• Draft briefings, correspondence, and legal documents.
• Enter and update contract documentation in writing systems/databases.
• Assist in contract closeout activities.
• Coordinate with DFAS or other paying activities for voucher payments and fund obligations.
• Draft agency reports and legal correspondence for protest actions or claims.
• Access and analyze data in databases per local guidance.
• Support FOIA, IG/GAO, and Congressional inquiries.

Job Requirements

• 6 years of contracting experience.
• DAWIA Contracting Professional or FAC-C Professional or equivalent.
• Experience must include at least 2 years at base level support; purchasing commercial supplies and services and minor construction.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
