Diversity & Inclusion (DI)Support the diversity strategies that foster belonging and equitable experiences across the organization. Serve as the primary liaison for ERG and EN leaders, providing guidance, structure, and support to amplify their impact. Coordinate annual planning, budget management, and leadership development for ERG/ EN programs. Facilitate cross-group collaboration and ensure alignment with enterprise DEI goals. Corporate Philanthropy. Manage community engagement programs, including volunteer initiatives, charitable partnerships, and giving campaigns. Track participation and impact metrics, and support storytelling around our social impact. Immigration Program. Oversee day-to-day operations of the immigration program, including visa sponsorships, renewals, and compliance. Partner with legal counsel and HRB - Ps to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for international employees.
