Review and assess compliance with Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESM - Ps) and Environmental and Social Commitment Plans (ESCPs). - Conduct site visits and environmental and social audits to verify adherence to safeguard requirements and identify potential risks. - Monitor the effectiveness and responsiveness of Grievance Redress Mechanisms (GRM) related to environmental and social concerns. - Provide technical advice and recommendations on mitigation measures to address environmental risks and improve safeguard outcomes. - Collaborate with implementation agencies and World Bank teams to ensure environmental safeguard compliance throughout project cycles - Analyze environmental data and audit findings to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. - Draft and review technical reports related to environmental safeguard monitoring and compliance. - Support capacity building by mentoring staff and advising on best practices in environmental safeguards. - Engage in ...Monitoring, Environmental, Specialist, Monitor, Technical, Healthcare, Compliance
